What it costs, and what moves it

Most sites answer "it depends" and leave you to look elsewhere. Here are the real floors. The written quote comes after a conversation, and it does not move afterwards.

Marketing site & landing page

Independents, trades, practices, young companies

from €900

An online presence written, designed and put live for you. The entry price covers one page that does its job: what you do, who for, and how to reach you.

  • Custom design — no recycled template
  • Copy worked out with you, not filled in at random
  • Domain name, professional email and go-live
  • Technical SEO and a Google Business Profile
What the engagement covers

Custom business application

SMEs, software vendors, SaaS founders

from €9,000

The tool that does not exist yet, from first screen to production. The floor buys a deliberately small scope: a few screens, one clear business rule, genuinely put into service.

  • Written functional scoping before the first line of code
  • API, database, security and per-user permissions
  • Web front end, optional mobile app
  • Automated tests, continuous integration, staging environment
What the engagement covers

Senior reinforcement

IT departments, software vendors, product teams

€600–700 / day

A senior developer who joins your team and unblocks the hard part. Billed time and materials, monthly, or fixed price where the scope allows.

  • Taking over and modernizing existing code, legacy included
  • Technical audit: debt, performance, security, architecture
  • Tests, code review and CI/CD pipelines
  • Bridging business and engineering

Pricing

€350 or €900: what the difference buys

Pages at €350 exist, and they are a real service. Here is what sits on each side, so the comparison is about something other than the price.

What €350 usually buys

  • A page built on an existing template, dressed in your colours
  • Copy written for you — often the real work, and the most useful part
  • Go-live, a domain name, a Google Business Profile
  • Delivered in a few days

What the entry price covers here

  • A design drawn for your trade, not a template dressed up
  • Code written by hand, which belongs to you and can be picked up
  • Genuinely fast and accessible: measured, not claimed
  • Technical SEO: structured data, sitemap, per-page metadata
  • A foundation that can become an application the day you need one

When the cheaper option is the right call

If you need to exist on Google this week and the site will stay a business card, a €350 page does the job — and I will tell you so rather than sell you something else. The gap earns its keep when the site has to convince a hesitating customer, last several years, or become the base of a business tool.

Pricing

What pushes a price up

The number of rules, not the number of screens
Ten screens that show lists cost less than three that enforce a regulation. Business complexity is what you pay for, not surface area.
Integrations
Payments, an ERP, an invoicing platform, somebody else’s API: each connection brings its own formats, outages and rejection cases to handle.
Mobile on top of web
An iOS/Android app doubles what has to be designed, tested and published. Often worth it, never free.
The data already there
Migrating clean records takes days. Migrating twenty years of inconsistent spreadsheets takes longer than writing the application.
How much it has to withstand
Constant availability, strong authentication, a security audit: legitimate choices, and they carry a number.

Pricing

What is always included

  • Written scoping, signed off by you, before any development
  • Automated tests on what actually matters
  • The source code: it is yours, and another team can pick it up
  • Documentation and handover
  • Going live, and watching it through the first days

Pricing

How billing works

  • A written, itemised quote before any commitment
  • The payment schedule is on the quote; nothing is billed outside it
  • Reinforcement is invoiced monthly, against a record of days
  • Payment by transfer, terms stated on the quote

An accurate number for your case

These floors are not a quote. Thirty minutes is usually enough to say which range your project falls in, and to say so plainly — including when it is not worth doing.
